COW POND LANE APARTMENTS
In 2000, the Nantucket Public Schools was facing a crisis with their staff. Employees were not able to find housing that would mesh with the needs of their salaries. A task force was assembled, land was located and designs were created for the project. Out of this process came the Cow Pond Lane Apartments. These twelve units of housing is a mix of one, two and three bedroom units that are available to education staff as well as Town and hospital employees.
Cow Pond Lane Apartments accepts applications once yearly (generally in April or May) through Housing Nantucket for these units. Applicants may renew their leases up to three years.
